- by making use of our SMARTdoc helpdesk. This allows you to submit an incident via our web portal and create a ticket yourself.
- send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and your email will be converted to a ticket.
We are constantly monitoring our SMARTdoc helpdesk for new tickets. When urgent, please don’t forget to mention your telephone number. So we can get in touch very quickly if it appears to be needed.
Describe your issue in as much detail as possible. The more information about the issue you provide, the more quickly we can diagnose and attempt to resolve it. We always try to resolve your issue as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Using TeamViewer we can provide our customers online remote support for a variety of problems. Download this portable version which is small and does not require any installation for quick support problems. There is no need for any installation on the client side.
