Integration & connectivity

Smartdoc integrates with Office 365. Using plug-ins, documents can be archived directly or sent to and from the archive by e-mail.
Smartdoc links ERP and the most common accounting systems as standard and can convert invoices to a common xml/ubl format. We propose a specific add-on with the name Smartone for SAP Business One.

Complete up-to-date information

You can always retrieve the most recent information without having to enter dates, versions or locations. The search function works on the basis of content.

We use the Smartdoc database to store pretty much everything, the logical structure allows us to retrieve anything we wish with the least possible effort.
